Please retain all damaged freight including packaging until claim is finalized. Please note that all claims will be evaluated pursuant to Dicom's Tariff 100 - Rules and Regulations.
When submitting your claim, you must include a copy of the cost and/or repair invoice and all claims must be submitted within 60 days of the ship date.
