Scott Dobak
Chief Executive Officer

Scott joined Dicom Transportation Group in February 2014. Prior to Dicom, Scott was the President of the Transportation Management Services and Less-Than-Truckload divisions of Roadrunner Transportation Prior to Roadrunner, Scott held various sales management roles at YRC Worldwide/Yellow Corp.






Michael Borrows
Chief Financial Officer

Michael Borrows joined Dicom as its Chief Financial Officer in August 2017. Michael's recent experience includes extensive work with a number of private equity backed portfolio companies in transportation, logistics and manufacturing as a strategic executive transforming organizations. Prior to partnering with private equity, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of USA Truck, Inc. Michael’s finance executive leadership spans a career of over 25 years in public and privately held companies, including 14 years in a variety of leadership and executive positions in transportation and logistics at both the Kansas City Southern Railroad and BNSF Railway.



Rick Barnes
President, Canada

Rick joined Dicom in December of 1995 and was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Project Management Officer in October 2015, then Chief Integration Officer in September 2016. Prior to this appointment, Rick served as Executive Vice President, Global Logistics, Vice President Operations and Sales and Regional Manager, Ontario. 

Today, Rick is our President and leads our Canadian divisions of Parcel, Freight, Truckload and Logistics. Prior to joining Dicom, Rick spent 10 years at Purolator in various operating and corporate management functions.




Jason Bergman
Chief Commercial Officer
Jason joined Dicom in January 2017 with many years of experience having started his career in transportation and logistics at BAX Global/Schenker, where he held various leadership positions during his 14-year tenure. Jason was then an officer of Dynamex responsible for North American sales and marketing. Immediately prior to joining Dicom, he was responsible for BDP International’s Global Transport and Operations divisions.



Josh Frank
General Counsel and Head of HR

Josh joined Dicom in June 2016 with over 17 years of Legal and Human Resources experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Josh previously worked as SVP, General Counsel and Head of Human Resources for GardaWorld Cash Services. Prior to this, Josh was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of DHL Americas where he provided legal and compliance support to DHL’s three businesses in the Americas.

Joe Jaska
President and COO, Final Mile and Distribution 

Joe has been on the Dicom team for two years.  Prior to joining Dicom, he spent the last 30 years in transportation and logistics including positions as Region Manager for Conway Freight, Vice President of Operations for Frozen Food Express and President of Lane Freight, Inc.  Joe started with Dicom as Vice President of Operations prior to assuming his current role.




Kirk Serjeantson  
Chief Information Officer

Kirk joined Dicom as Chief Information Officer in September 2014 after spending the majority of his career in the transportation IT field. Prior to Dicom, Kirk held several CIO and IT leadership positions including Director of Technology Development at Purolator. Prior to Purolator, Kirk was the National Operations Systems Manager at Loomis Courier Service.





Nic Simard
President, US Parcel

Nic has been on the Dicom team for over 24 years, having started his career in Operations in the Montreal region. Nic is currently the President of our US parcel division. Prior to his current role, Nic served as CFO and was responsible for the Dicom Finance, Pricing, and IT groups.
